The Hood of Locksley

On September 22, 2016 my eBook, The Hood of Locksley, was added at Amazon.com! And of course, I have print on demand paperbacks also available there as well!

In this story we get to hear the tale of Lady Robyn of Locksley as she defends the weak of Nottingham and Sherwood Forest. against the injustice of Sir Guy of Gisbourne and the High Sheriff.

This book starts a few months after the events in Hair of Gold: Just Right. Stythe the Trickster had found a way to cloak himself from detection of the avatars by using pure demon magics and not mixing it with mortal magic. He is intent on opening a permanent portal to the underworld to allow demons into the human world unbound.

---

Her faith, unshakable… and her aim is true.

The legends of fairytales descend upon Issaquah, Washington from Seattle in response to the report of demon activity. They find themselves under attack by an archer with uncanny aim and unnatural speed and agility.

The group’s beta wolf, Amanda Danes, finds herself in pursuit of a legend. Robyn of Locksley. The fabled Robin Hood of Nottingham.

Robyn joins forces with the Avatars of the mortal realm to face Styche the Trickster and stop his plan of unleashing Hell on Earth.

Victory always has a cost.

---

Robyn gives a new dynamic to the group, born of magics that were old when mankind was young. She lends another aspect to the group... faith. It is what drives her, even not knowing what she truly was.

The cost in the end is steep, and has now refocused our heroines on the task at hand. Ridding the world of Styche once and for all.

I have the best fans in the platypus-verse! I can't possibly tell you how much I love you all. In less than a day, The Hood Of Locksley is the #2 bestseller in its category and climbing! As I always do, I want you all to know how much I appreciate any feedback, positive or negative. I also accept hovering penguin rockets.
I'd love to hear feedback and discussion from YOU about the characters in The Hood of Locksley. I would really enjoy discussing the story with you!

  1. I'm in love with the series and cried for a solid hour after the ending of the latest book and the series. I've put myself in denial and don't accept what happened..... There has to be a way to fix it.....otherwise it would be to tragic and heartrending.

    4. Cryptically cryptic. :) The final book in the Urban Fairytales series, Beauty in the Beast, will be out in five or six months. I have another Djinn book to write, and a new series to start in between my romance book releases. There may be a few short stories in the Urban Fairytales series released between now and then.

  2. I love this series and I'm looking forward to the next (and sadly last) one. I was devastated by the end of this one and I really hope you fix the tragedy in the next novel. Not to sound sappy but I really want the heroes to have a truly happy ending after all of this
