The Valkyrie Chronicles: Titans

My fifth Valkyrie Chronicles book is published!

On November 27, 2014 my eBook, Titans, was added at Amazon.com! As usual, print on demand paperbacks are available too! The release had been delayed a few days and people were breaking down the door to get their hands on this beauty.

Being the creature of habit that I am, I'll just start with saying a little bit about this new book before I give an overview of the storyline. I decided to look at a different dimension of Kara's strength in this one, with a what if this was something she couldn't fight with brute force.

This book is the fifth book written in the Valkyrie Chronicles universe. This book brings up the question... What if you couldn't stand up to an enemy using conventional means?

---

We know Kara, the Wild One, to be one of the most deadly brute force fighters in the galaxy. Her ability to stand toe to toe against vicious hordes bent on the destruction of Valhalla and the Asgard is legendary. That is until the Titans arrive.

The Asgard have never fought an enemy like this and Kara finds herself out of her depth against an enemy who won't face her on the field of battle.

She must instead, match wits and wills against the leader of the Titans while the rest of the Valkyrie race against time to rescue her.

The Titans quickly learn that there is more to this Valkyrie than an instrument of violence and destruction, and new friendships and awkward alliances are formed.

---

The message behind this book is simply that sometimes we must face things we are not prepared for. It is how we overcome these new obstacles that help to define us and build our character. Oh, and you don't mess with Kara. :)

Nobody has fans as awesome as mine, I am continually surprised by them. The second I submitted this new book on Amazon, copies were rolling out the door to my readers. Fast as lightning!

And as always, I just gotta let my readers know that I love them and appreciate any feedback, positive or negative. I also accept wind up sea otters.

At the end of the book is a sneak peek at the next Music of the Soul book, Dead Shot. I think this will set a different pace in the MOTS series.

I'd love to hear feedback and discussion from YOU about the characters in Titans. I'd love to discuss the story with you!

  1. I really enjoyed reading this series. I had to re-read it again because the first time I breezed through too quickly. When "Olympians" was mentioned in Seventy-Two Hours, I had a strong feeling who it would be. Having it confirmed in the epilogue made me very anxious for the release of this title.

That said, I'm a bit torn. While I am looking forward to Tales of Olympus, I don't feel like I'm ready to "leave" Asgard yet, so to speak. I guess it makes sense though. We've been there what, over 3000 years? Heh!

Anyway, thank you for this series and I look forward to what comes next.

  2. Thank you so much for the kind words! Don't worry about getting more Asgard and Valkyrie though, about a third of the characters you know and love in the Valkyrie Chronicles are making the journey to Olympus with Artemis! :)

  3. Do you have a timeline for when we should be seeing some books from Olympus?

One of the best ever! So, here's the second thing: please say that you have plans on writing the book number 6?!?! Pretty pretty please?! *Just so you know, I'm from Brazil and I'm pretty much addicted to the series! Congrats!
